WOMANS S.P.I.R.I.T.

Practical Self-Protection Training Built for Real Women, Real Bodies, and Real Threats

Women’s S.P.I.R.I.T.™ is a structured, confidence-building self-protection program designed to answer the real questions women have about safety, strength, size differences, and survival. This training does not rely on athleticism, pain tolerance, or unrealistic techniques — it focuses on simple, fast, functional responses that work under stress.

This Program Is Not About Being “Tough”

Women’s S.P.I.R.I.T.™ is about removing fear through understanding.

We do not tell women to “fight like men.”
We do not rely on strength, speed, or aggression alone.
We do not teach techniques that only work in perfect conditions.

Instead, we teach:

  • How violence actually unfolds
  • What realistically works for women under stress
  • How to act decisively without hesitation
  • How to use tools appropriately and legally
  • How to regain control when surprise or imbalance occurs

The goal is not domination.
The goal is survival, clarity, and confidence.

What You Will Be Able to Do — By the End of the Day

This program is built around direct, guided, hands-on training. You will not be asked to imagine scenarios or simply observe demonstrations. You will practice under supervision, with clear purpose and realistic context.

During this event, you will actively train with:

  • Pepper spray — including the use of inert spray against a person advancing toward you, so you understand distance, timing, and stress response
  • Byrna less-lethal launcher — hands-on use to understand operation, recoil, and realistic expectations
  • Firearms fundamentals — trained on a Virtual Shooting Trainer (VST) using real firearms with laser systems, allowing safe decision-making practice without live ammunition

You will also train physical survival skills that reflect how assaults actually happen — not sport, performance, or choreography.

  • Escaping chokeholds and strangulation attempts
  • Defending against attacks from the rear
  • Breaking free from hair grabs and bear-hug restraints
  • Ground survival when knocked down or pinned
  • Protecting yourself during continued battery

This training is not about how high you can kick, how hard you can strike, or how athletic you appear.

It is about whether you can interrupt an assault, escape control, and preserve your life. Our emphasis on choke escapes reflects the reality that strangulation is one of the most common and lethal control methods used by repeat sexual offenders.

You will leave this event with skills you can apply immediately, clear understanding of defensive tools, and practical answers — not fear, confusion, or false confidence.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month

April is Sexual Assault Prevention Month

Women’s S.P.I.R.I.T.™ Training Event

Date: Saturday, April 11th
Time: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (45-minute lunch break)

Location:
41700 East Whittier Ave
Hemet, CA 92544
Cross Street: Stanford

This event is intentionally scheduled during Sexual Assault Prevention Month to support education, awareness, and practical preparation.

The reality remains difficult:

  • Approximately 1 in 3 women will experience sexual violence in their lifetime.
  • A significant percentage of victims are children under the age of 12.

Awareness alone is not enough. Education, preparation, and clear understanding are essential components of prevention.
