Long Life and Functional
Health Assessment

The science of predicting a person’s “Health and Fitness Age” and their health and fitness based on their actual age is highly accurate. In other words, we can measure five areas of physical and mental fitness and determine whether someone is younger or older than their actual age.* We can predict how long you have to live if one stays on the lifestyle path one is currently on, how many years can be estimated one can live based on current status, and most importantly, we can suggest several areas of improvement to become stronger, more immune to diseases and live a longer life with the ability to participate in that extra years as opposed to being sidelined viewing life as it passes you by. The following test examines five areas of a person’s current health status: 1) physical fitness, 2) cognitive integrity, 3) medical history, 4) lifestyle and environmental factors, and 5) emotional stability and purpose in life. After entering the information, one can click the COMPUTE BUTTON to get one’s results. Then click the print button to print a copy for yourself. This User Interface stores the information. In six months and a year, one can come back and rerun the test to compare the progress they have made through their training and workouts.

 * You need at least two of the entry sections to ge a valid result. The professor can give you the tests necessary to fill in the Physical Function, Cognitive Integrity, Lifestyle and Environment, and the Emotional and Purpose sections.
