This class meets Saturdays 10:05 to 11:05 am. This class is for those who want to focus on violent criminal assault self-defense. This class teaches one how to deal with violent criminal assault which could possibly cause grievous bodily: disfigurement, disablement,  sexual assault or death. Learn more

Class meets on Tuesday and Thursday 7:00-8:00 pm.  This is a traditional martial art masters program (White to Black Belt) designed to provide the student with the broadest range of highly developed skills in a streetwise traditional martial art.

Meets Tuesday - Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm.  This is a traditional martial art masters program (White to Black Belt) designed to provide the student with the broadest range of highly developed skills in a streetwise traditional martial art. Children are taught in a disciplined environment with attention to focus, manners, building self-esteem, confidence balanced with humility.
