1) Load Heart-Rate CSV
CSV columns expected: timestamp (ms or ISO) and hr (bpm).
2) Tap Your Breaths
Press the Spacebar at the top of each inhale. The app converts inter-tap intervals into breaths/min.
Breaths/min (last 3 taps): –
3) Load Focus CSV (optional)
CSV columns: timestamp, accuracy (0–1), rt_ms, rt_baseline_ms.
4) Define Phases (times in seconds from session start)
Tip: adjust these to match your session length.
