By accessing or using Tai Chi Complete’s website, classes, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2) Services Provided

Tai Chi Complete provides instruction in T’ai Chi Ch’uan through free and paid classes, workshops, and private lessons. Services may be delivered in person or online. We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue services at any time.

3) Health & Safety Disclaimer

Tai Chi involves physical movement. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk:

You should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.
By attending, you confirm you are physically able to participate.
Tai Chi Complete and its instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health conditions that may occur during practice.

4) Bookings & Payments

Free and paid classes are scheduled using our online booking system (Book Like A Boss). Payments, where applicable, are processed securely by third-party providers. All purchases are final unless otherwise specified (e.g., specific refund or reschedule policies noted at booking).

5) Cancellations & Refunds

Free classes: may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us.
Paid services: no refunds unless class is canceled by Tai Chi Complete or otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes when necessary (e.g., instructor illness, weather, emergencies).

6) Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, course materials, and branding — is the property of Tai Chi Complete or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without prior written consent.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Tai Chi Complete, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the service in question.
